The Inspire with Hope Gala celebrates TLHA’s 120th anniversary and will honor the association’s military and Christian heritage.

McChrystal-StanleyTogether with Catalyst Construction, TLHA invites community members to share in the Inspire with Hope gala. The gala will bestow the 2018 Inspiration of Hope award on a significant individual who embodies the purpose of inspiration, General Stanley McChrystal, who is the special guest and speaker at the event.

A one-of-a-kind commander with a remarkable record of achievement, General McChrystal has been praised widely for creating a revolution in warfare that fused intelligence and operations. He also is known for developing and implementing the counter-insurgency strategy in Afghanistan and for creating a comprehensive counter-terrorism organization that revolutionized the way military agencies interact and operate. A dynamic, powerful speaker, McChrystal impresses audiences with his field-tested leadership lessons and stresses a uniquely inclusive model that focuses on building teams capable of pursuing goals relentlessly.

“We are honored to award General McChrystal with the Inspiration of Hope award. His proven leadership is an inspiration to all of us,” said Michael Klatt, TLHA’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “We can all learn from McChrystal’s achievements and the Inspire with Hope gala allows individuals to hear his impactful message. It’s an event you don’t want to miss.”
