TLHA Belle Plaine Campus welcomes Jacqueline Grimm as Executive Administrator

Grimm, JacquelineBelle Plaine, MN (September 30, 2018) — Jacqueline E.M. Grimm has joined The Lutheran Home Association (TLHA) as the Executive Administrator for The Lutheran Home: Belle Plaine campus. Ms. Grimm will oversee Kingsway Retirement Living, Boessling Lutheran Village Apartments and The Lutheran Home: Belle Plaine, a skilled nursing facility. The care community provides an extensive array of services that promote wellness and have adopted a person-centric model of care that honors personal wishes and empowers individual success.

Ms. Grimm brings several years of experience in the senior care community field. She most recently served at Superior Healthcare Management as a Duo- Administrator for two locations in Southern Minn. Ms. Grimm provided oversight for a 55-bed facility that specializes in transitional care, memory care, respite care, rehab, long term care and hospice care. She also provided oversight for a 40-bed facility that offers similar services, but caters to a younger behavioral population.

Ms. Grimm’s career started in social services. She served as the Director of Social Services for nearly five years at Oak Terrace Health Care Center in Gaylord, Minn., before stepping into the Assistant Administrator role at that facility. After a of couple years, Ms. Grimm moved on to Monarch Healthcare Management in Mankato, Minn. and served as Acting Administrator. From there, she went to Superior Healthcare Management.

“Jacqueline’s extensive experience and leadership history will complement the team already in place,” said Michael Klatt, President and Chief Executive Officer of TLHA, “She’s a leader who exemplifies TLHA’s core values including respect, resilience and integrity.”

Ms. Grimm earned her bachelor’s degree from Hamline University and obtained her nursing home administration education from the University of Crookston.  Ms. Grimm served in the Army National Guard for six years and was deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2005-2007 as a  Property Book Office Specialist. Ms. Grimm was awarded The Army Achievement Medal November 2005 – 2006, The Army Achievement Medal 2003-2009, and The Army Commendations Medal May 2005 for her service in the military and received an Honorable Discharge in 2011.
